Inter-agency technical meeting on the finalisation of the transfer of fixed assets to county governments.

IGRTC together with the inter-agency technical team drawn from the National Land Commission, State Department for Devolution and the Survey of Kenya today held a meeting towards the implementation of the Summit resolution on finalization of the transfer of fixed assets to county governments. 

The meeting attended by NLC Commissioners Reginald Okumu, Hubbie Hussein, Director of Survey Maritim Weldon, Jackson Mwangi from the State Department for Devolution, deliberated on the segregated county assets database and gave the node for development of the necessary legal instruments to safeguard and transfer the assets to counties. 

IGRTC Chair CPA Kithinji Kiragu, Members Angeline Hongo, John Kimwela, Dr.Perminus Ndimitu and the secretariat led by CEO Dr Kipkurui Chepkwony led the committee in attending and providing guidance in the vital meeting.
