In line with the resolutions of the 9th Summit, IGRTC through a multi-sectoral approach began implementing the program on transfer of devolved functions. The exercise will provide clarity, streamline service delivery and strengthen devolution as envisaged by the 2010 constitution.

The exercise brings together officers from National Government agencies, County Government officers, and the council of Governors through sector teams that will analyze, and review the functions and emerging issues to offer recommendations for implementation.
