Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialisation in Strategic Management, a Master's in Business Administration focused on Financial Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, Dr. Muteshi boasts of a robust academic background.
As a registered Full Member of both the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), Dr. Muteshi upholds the highest professional standards. Currently serving as Deputy Director at IGRTC, he is concurrently pursuing his Thesis Research for a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, showcasing his commitment to ongoing academic excellence.
With an illustrious career journey, Dr. Muteshi has held pivotal roles, including Chief Officer of Public Service and County Administration and Director of Human Resource Management at the County Government of Kakamega. His earlier positions as Head of Human Resource and Administration at The College of Insurance, along with managerial roles in organizations such as SACCO Societies Regulatory Authority, West Kenya Sugar Company Limited, and KK Security (K) Limited, have afforded him a rich and diverse experience across multiple industries.
