Ms Ndwiga, a seasoned professional with an extensive career spanning almost two decades across various government agencies, currently holds the esteemed position of Director of Summit, CoG, and Intergovernmental Structures at the Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC). Her professional journey underscores a profound mastery of devolution, governance, and leadership, with a distinct focus on governmental initiatives.

Ms Ndwiga's academic credentials include a Master's in Governance and Leadership from JKUAT, a Bachelor's in Business Management from Karatina University, and a Diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Nairobi (UON). Her affiliations as an associate member of the Kenya Institute of Management attest to her recognized expertise in governance within the government sphere.

Throughout her career, Ms Ndwiga has held pivotal roles, including Deputy Clerk for the Laikipia County Council and subsequently, the Laikipia County Assembly.
