2025 Annual Mediation Summit on Land, Land Use and Climate Change Disputes in Kenya.

Themed “Enhancing Access to Justice and Promoting a More Cohesive Society Through the Use of Mediation in Resolution of Disputes Relating to Land, Land Use, and Climate Change in Kenya,” the three-day summit brings together mediation practitioners, legal experts and policy makers to deliberate on the role of mediation in addressing land-related disputes and environmental challenges.

The summit, hosted by Court Annexed Mediation in collaboration with the Environment and Land Court, was graced by the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Hon. Alice Wahome. Also in attendance were Hon. Isaac Ruto, Chairperson of the Judicial Service Commission, along with other distinguished dignitaries and stakeholders in the mediation space.
