IGRTC hosted delegation from the Republic of Mozambique.

The delegation is in Kenya on a benchmarking mission to explore and exchange insights on devolution and decentralization. During the visit, the delegation received a comprehensive briefing on IGRTC’s mandate, institutional framework, and its strategic role in promoting effective intergovernmental relations within Kenya’s devolved governance system. Such knowledge-sharing engagements are invaluable in fostering international cooperation and promoting best practices in governance and service delivery. Also in attendance was a representative from the State Department for Devolution.
