IGRTC facilitated the signing of an Intergovernmental Partnership Agreement (IPA) between Bomet County Government, led by H.E. Prof. Hillary Barchok, PhD, and the Kenya Prisons Department, represented by the Commissioner General, Mr. Patrick M. Aranduh, CBS. This collaboration was witnessed by our Chair, CPA Kithinji Kiragu, Vice Chair Ms Saadia Kontoma, and the CEO, Dr Kipkurui Chepkwony, MBS. This event underscores our commitment to fostering cooperative intergovernmental partnerships that drive service delivery as well as county and national development.
