Joint consultative meeting with the State Department for Public Works and the County Government of Tharaka Nithi to address a contractual dispute concerning the construction of the County Headquarters.

The meeting marked a significant step in fostering cooperation in resolving the dispute to conclusion. Both parties committed to working together and providing the necessary documentation to facilitate the dispute resolution process.

The State Department for Public Works was represented by Works Secretary Qs. Nicholas Mutua and Deputy Chief Architect David Waititu, while Tharaka Nithi County was represented by County Attorney Mwendani Franklin, County Secretary Apex Muratha and Quantity Surveyor Timothy Gituro. IGRTC Member John Kimwela was also in attendance.
