The meeting provided an opportunity to formally welcome the PS to his new role and to brief him on IGRTC’s core mandate of fostering consultation, cooperation and coordination between the national and county governments.

The PS was also updated on IGRTC’s activities, including resolution of intergovernmental disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms and implementation of the resolutions of the Summit.
